Christine Cannon

Assistant Director/ Chapel and Atrium Teacher

Years in Education/Early Childhood: 18 years

Years at Angel Creek Preschool: 9 years

Education: University of Louisiana – Lafayette (She is a Cajun who loves Saints football). Director Certification from THHSC Child-Care Licensing Division. Catechesis of the Good Shepherd Level 1 Catechist Certifiation. 

Experience: Ms. Cannon worked as a Special Education Aide for one year and as a Substitute Teacher in CISD for two years. Prior to Angel Creek, she managed a play-care for several years, but missed teaching in a classroom setting and found her place here at Angel Creek.

Hobbies and Family: Ms. Cannon has been married for over 34 years and has five children that range in age from 32 years to 10 years old. She is also blessed with two grandchildren. Her youngest son and grandson attended Angel Creek Preschool. She has been a St. Ann’s parishioner for over 18 years and is involved in many of its ministries such as Choir, Walking With Purpose Bible Studies, Sisters in Christ, Christ Renews His Parish (CRHP) and a Children’s Ministry volunteer.  She loves to sing and read in her spare time.

 

Favorite place to be as a child: The beautiful marshes and bayous of South Louisiana. 

 

Favorite vacation place: Ms. Cannon went on a pilgrimage to Rome, Assissi, Florence and Milan to sing in Basilicas.

Christine Cannon

Team Supervisor/Chapel Teacher

Years in Education/Early Childhood: 15 years

Years at Angel Creek Preschool: 2 years

Education: BA in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. Texas Teaching Certification EC-4.

Experience: Ms. Cudal taught 3rd grade and 1st grade in the Catholic Diocese of Fort Worth. She also worked the last 3 years in Marketing, Development, and Admissions at St. John School.

Hobbies and Family: Ms. Cudal and her husband met in Fort Worth and have been married since 2007. They have 3 daughters, two who attend Mary Immaculate and one who attends Angel Creek. Ms. Cudal enjoys spending time outdoors, watching college football, and memory planning.

Favorite place to be as a child: Spending summers with her grandparents in Poland at the cabin that her mother designed as an architect.

Favorite vacation place: Spending time at the beach with my family, especially in Hawaii.
